A federal and state litigator with diverse experience. Manages formal proceedings as well as negotiates favorable settlements. Cases have ranged from multi-billion dollar matters, involving management of large teams and millions of documents, to administrative proceedings. Practice focuses on federal matters; challenging cases, including civil rights, bad faith, and employment discrimination; mediation, arbitration, or internal investigations. Advocates for clients or for improvement within an institution. Admitted in CA, AZ and certain U.S. District Courts.

 

Has led internal investigations of Fortune 500 companies, local governments and individual executives. Represented them in connection with regulatory enforcement proceedings. Defended subjects of white collar criminal investigations and indictments. Has been an Attorney for both plaintiffs and defendants in civil suits across the country.
